We created this 3-D rendering for the owners of a waterfront property located in the Sachem Head area of Guilford, Connecticut. Our client was contemplating a combined Garage-Guest House addition (shown at the left), which would eventually become a home for their inlaws. The purpose of this simple sketch was to help them envision the general appearance and footprint of the addition in respect to their existing residence. It was accompanied by a full plan set including floor plans and elevations. Ultimately, the decision was made to purchase and renovate an adjoining property, instead—for which we also provided plans.
