This drawing is from a plan set for a recently completed, new construction project in Madison, CT. Another elevation from this plan set is shown on our Home page.

This was an unusal project in the sense that the new building is connected to a much smaller, pre-existing structure (partially shown at the left) — which is now a large Children’s Play Area.

This elevation overlooks a pond on a family compound. The second floor Primary Bedroom features a large picture window above a spa tub (at left) and a small Balcony above a first floor wrap-around Porch.

In addition to a large, first floor Garage at the opposite end (visible in the Madison image on the Home page) this elevation includes a full, cellar level Workshop with a drive-in bay for vehicle repairs and maintenance, as well as a Safe Room.
